Position Summary

We are seeking motivated, self-driven Independent Life Insurance Agents to join our national team. In this role, you’ll consult with prospective clients to help them secure life insurance and related products tailored to their needs. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity that allows you to work independently with full flexibility, backed by an experienced support system. While this position can be performed remotely, agents located near one of our office hubs are encouraged to work onsite for the most support.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact warm leads provided through our marketing system — no cold calling required

• Conduct needs-based consultations to match clients with appropriate life insurance, mortgage protection, or final expense products

• Educate clients on available policy options and benefits

• Manage your own sales pipeline through CRM and follow-up tools

• Submit applications, handle client documentation, and communicate with carriers

• Attend virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops, and performance coaching

• Build and maintain a book of business with long-term renewal income

• Optionally recruit and develop your own team of agents with our extensive mentorship structure

Qualifications

• Life License (or willingness to obtain — we’ll help you)

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative sales skills

• Entrepreneur mindset with ambition for personal growth and career acceleration

• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities

• Basic technology proficiency (CRM, Zoom, mobile apps, etc.)

• Passion for helping others and providing ethical, honest service

• Prior sales, finance, or insurance experience is a plus but not required
